Frequently Asked Questions

I received a settlement letter in the mail; however, I cannot afford to make the payment that is required in order to settle my account.  Is there anything else I can do?

Yes!  Trilogy's representatives realize that everyone's situation is different and we may be able to work with you by setting up a payment plan or finding another solution.  You may also download our Settlement Request Form and fax to (858) 227-5088.  Trilogy's representatives will be happy to consider all reasonable settlement requests and work with you to resolve your account.

Can I make a payment online?

At this time, Trilogy does not accept online payments via this website.  You may make online payments through Moneygram and Western Union. Please click here to be directed to the Make a Payment page for additional information.

I made my final payment to your office and I need my paid letter or title right away.  What should I do?

It is Trilogy's policy to wait until your payment clears until we issue any letters or release titles.  If you paid with certified funds, we may be able to send these documents to you sooner.  Please contact our representatives at (800) 839-6899 in the instance that you have an urgent need for a paid letter or title.

I have an account with Trilogy but I recently moved and I need to update my address and phone number.  Who should I contact?
